 Yes, it is. Paraguay doesnt look big on a map because of the way we impose the 3 dimensional sphere on a 2 dimensional sheet of paper, but that is quite a distance, yes. :)

 Might have to go to the capitol when renewing my Cedula. It was made easier to get the first time but that first is then only valid 2 years rather than 10. But its still some time away.
