The GamersNexus video exposes LTT's lack of accuracy and transparency, not to mention ethicality as a consequence of the aforementioned, which would be fine had it not been for LMG's goal and (misleading?) marketing to strive on accuracy and refuse to rectify their mistakes appropriately, even if their costs are utterly meaningless to the corporation that they are, not to mention their influence upon millions that now must put into question their reasoning behind everything (had they only trusted LTT's words). These issues have been happening even prior to their CEO changes and are obviously not helped by their self imposed expectations that clearly cannot be met. And I am omitting several factors here.
Even looking at it constructively, this is backed by facts and should obviously warrant a "we apologize, we need to fix certain things" response from LMG, which to their credit (?), they are admitting but, as of right now, that is only backed by words from paid employees in a YouTube video (that I feel is absolutely scripted , and as such I am questioning the sincerity of such) and are not yet proven with facts, however it may be too early to judge with such facts for now. (Side note, LMG, please take yourselves seriously, for fuck's sake.)
So far it seems they are only going through the criticism that has been pointed out by GamersNexus which is a start, but it proves that further errors that they've made are either unnoticed (by the professional company that they are) or have no care put behind them to correct those (refusing to make for a better service by correcting what is wrong). But you can pay them 10 dollars a month to see what they're "doing" via Floatplane, never mind that's also filmed and could be scripted, much like their "apology". Watching along the video I'm noticing nothing rectifying those mistakes, only that they acknowledge the issue and "pinky promise" to fix those issues "we swear, trust me bro", sprinkled with very fucking irrelevant and insulting self promo proving that they, uh, don't really prove to care about this whole situation.

All in all, we will definitely need to wait for them to properly roll out their fixes. As it is, it's all talk, and I'm tired.
