 Bitcoin is peer-to-peer, eliminating the need for transactional middlemen like Visa, who facilitate transactions for a price.

That seems like something the Department of Justice should be in favor of, given their recent lawsuit filing against Visa.

 It is like “These are our criminals and there are things we allow them to do”. 
Middlemen will stay there until the system collaps.

 Not sure if the department of justice is a department that seeks justice. Probably more accurate to say they seek "justice".
