 A vengeful 'legal system' making any financial/real name interactions into liabilities.  Part of me wants to bring back whatever instance on tor only.

 In the same way that KYC is used to kill any troublesome coin, Registrars and DNS will be used to cure any problem speech.  Current is just a slow burn, whoever they can pick off to make examples.
