 I don't know what printing material this is, but 3D printing plastics are not at all suitable for contact with food, as they are very porous and retain impurities, and can become toxic over time.

The ideal way to produce this would be to use the actual plate itself as a mold and fork the ceramic before turning it into crockery...

But it would be a completely unnecessary effort, as the appropriate way to eat spaghetti has always been with a fork and spoon. The spoon helps a lot with this.

So the truth is that this person just has no idea about anything.

 In the year 3000, everything on that plate will be your entire meal.
