Someone's just shown me their new "high security" lock on their door. Lol.
Is that a single paned window next to it? If I wanted to get in without being detected I'd cover that pane with sticky backed plastic, then use something to quietly smash that pane and lift the entire thing out with barely a sound.
But we have an alarm?
So I can see. Your code is 1563.
How do you know that?
The greasier and more worn the buttons are mean I can tell which order you put your code in.
That's actually something I wonder if I could make a detection kit for. Reflection of finger grease on buttons. Makes sense that the first button you press will consistently have more grease on it than subsequent buttons. Would it be linear? Logarithmic?
If I still had any get up and go left at the moment I'd give it a go but now is not the right time. Let me know how you get on if you try. I'd go for light refraction if I was going to try.
You're welcome.
@d4b81373 I bet the alarm isn't monitored, either
