since i moved back to the dibeetus diet, first back to the milk (this time plain pasteurised not toxic UHT) one of the most interesting things i've noticed is that i have had a steadily declining appetite for alcohol

my theory is that it has to do with sugar, and how when you have a lot of sugar (and starches) you want more sugar and starches, like, it's a vicious cycle

once you move to the non-fermenting milk sugars, a whole load of things in your gut suddenly are starved, and give it a few weeks, and then you switch over to eating meat, specifically beef, especially, and suddenly your body is getting a lot more energy from fat, and the sugar addiction is pushed back on hard

there really is no substitute

i've tried goat meat, and unless it's a factor of maturity, which i suspect it is, then 18-24 month old cow is easily 10x better than 9-12 month old goat

i really suspect it is age, because i remember as a child, the few times i was fed mutton, my feeling was "this is so delicious, why don't people eat this all the time???"

yet they commonly let the cow get old enough to mature like this, but then they eat all this premature shit

i compare it to eating fruit that is not ripe

what the fuck is wrong with you?

it's not ready, you fucking moron!

 What is this diet? Carnivore?
the one that our bodies have been adapted to over at least 10,000 years
