what potential business does Elon have in Brazil that he complied and paid to keep his advertising arm 𝕏 open? He didn't pay 5 million dollars for the sake of selling more cars in Rio. Does he source some commodity down there for his SpaceX corp? 

 I know we are slightly down on Elon and all that, but what if he genuinely believes in freedom, $5M is chump change to keep that idea alive.

I wonder whats happening behind the scenes that we don't know about though.
