There's relay.tools to create your own relay and flare.pub to host videos and probably more services I know nothing about. 

 Probably will work simply with a paid @nostr.build account. I host and post long @WASTOIDS videos there with little issue. 

 Relays don’t host videos. I recommend paying for a premium nostr.build account. https://nostr.build/plans

 I don't know which client you're using. Under normal circumstances, we use nostr.build  The Fishcake🐶🐾, long videos need to open members. It seems primal can upload long videos for free.

 nostr.build paid plan yep 👍 if you fill your space you can rotate in new videos.. you'll also probably want to optimally transcode them.. 

 We still need to do a bit of work to connect up Nos and nostr.build so when you upload from within the app it knows who you are and let’s you take advantage of the paid plan. Right now you need to upload via the web.  

 A paid nostr.build account or paid Satellite.earth media hosting are probably the two easiest solutions on nostr right now.
