Based in his latest judicial rant he my try to prosecute companies outside the brazilian jurisdiction as he is trying with Elon Musk.

 Its really hard. One easy answer would be "just use Mulvad" as they get btc payment and don't have your data. But it is too expensive to many and bitcoin is still uncomfortable for most. Just a tiny % would actually use it, and I do not know how many customers Mulvad alone can service.
