 Yep. It happened! I seen a note the other day where the event organiser apologised. The FBI put a 12 month NDA so to speak on it and he/they were allowed to let everyone know the other day.

 It was based on an a theft allegation, so it could be argued they were just doing their job, but yes, probably!
