 @3967703f @3fe52772 That's why I'm so glad about the medication. I quit countless times, often for weeks or more, but the cravings just never went away, and eventually I'd give in again. After I used Chantix -- and for only 2 months, not the full 6 they recommend -- I could light a cigarette for someone else and not even be tempted to take a puff. I'm genuinely not addicted anymore, which is supposed to be impossible.

The problem is, Chantix can lead to suicidal thoughts & behavior. Thankfully I saw no uptick in that. I did have the wildest dreams though. They were so vivid I struggled to recognize they weren't real, even after I woke up and realized how little sense they made.
