 Unrealized cap gains Tax is the most blatant theft and grift ever. 
They should face the wall for it 

 Unrealized gains are wealth. A holding of assets and property.

The US does not have the constitutional authority to tax wealth.

Unapportioned direct taxes are prohibited by the Constitution.

The 16th amendment exempted income tax from this prohibition, but wealth is not income.

If wealth were income, states wouldn't need a separate property tax.  

 They can try. There is no way they can enforce it.

 The U.S. government does not have the authority to impose any wealth taxes of any kind. 

 Anyone with that level of wealth has means to circumvent such an egregious tax law. The purpose is get it approved and then ratchet the threshold down to include everyone. The narrative is a “tax on the rich” so the woke mob will approve it… little do they know they’re the greater fool. We’re all going to need a second passport asap.
