Hmm. I was at some local restaurant and they did something similar for the sauces I got with my meal. It was a "Bavarian Dinner" (brats, sauerkraut, and pretzel) - so I got a hot mustard for the brats and beer cheese for the pretzel.

The opposite is Two Elks at the Vail Ski Area. They have a large tray with 50-100 bottles of Choula Hot Sauce to take one to your table.
