 Great work! What are your workouts like? 💪🏼 
 Recently I've had a personal trainer coming a couple times a week, working with dumbbells, pull up bar, resistance bands, etc. Db squats, chest flys, various compound moves the first month, but now on a push/pull/legs split. Also been doing my 100 push ups + 3 sets on the ab roller each day. 
 Wow all good! I do a lot of same without trainer. I've also been loving the suspension trainers attached to pull-up bar. There are tons of exercises you can do with suspension. Keep it up bro! 💪🏼
