 With a little help of my chemical friends... 
 This is one of the hardest things in life, stay calm and settled in every situation. I am studying stoic philosophy to get better with that. ✊🏻

 apart from my crippling nonsensical anxieties that shoot into my brain like a flash, I am a very relaxed person.

 Relaxation can be coaxed through proper breathing techniques. These things go hand in hand; breathing and relaxation. 
 Funny that there's a section in our new book about exactly this with Mr. Murray as an example of how to do it right.
