 That is unfortunate, because trust reduces friction in an economy. 

One could argue that this is an effect of central banks breaking our trust in Fiat money.

 Its a problem about privacy, but also a problem of civic order and security.  
 I remember the days of 'the phone book'. Not so dangerous unless a T1000 calls you up and at least there was an option to be de-listed. 

But still such a bad idea to publicize private data.
