I'm a huge fan of nullification.  If the majority of states refuse the federal government's requests/demands/rules, then the Federal government couldn't do more than half of what they do. 

 That's the best way to handle things. As much as it annoys some people, cannabis legalization is the best example of success.  

 Other states should do that, since they hold the power. 

 Yes. More states and waking up to the fact that they can literally tell the fedgov to go screw itself.
