Did the same for me last year. While Jack offered to help with it (after I posted about it), he couldn’t since I didn’t want to dox myself to him. The part I was most frustrated about was that the support team emails refused to tell me what the problem was so that I could attempt to fix it. There was no reason that I should not have been verified that I knew of.
