It's the only social media I use (if you exclude YT).
Instagram and Facebook are data harvesting machines that I don't want to feed.
Twitter's algorithms are too addictive. And they are, because they tap into negative emotions. I didn't feel good about using them.
So there is Nostr.
It's interesting and new. I like the idea of decentralised social media and open source stuff. And I really appreciate the lack of horrible algorithms.
I also like to sweat sometimes and appreciate to not get punished for that.
And last but NOT least: we are beaming the hardest asset/money ever known to mankind through space at the touch of a button.
