They don't even lift a finger for their own members. All of us at my work signed a letter saying we wanted out of our union because they didn't represent us, didn't want us in leadership, and were so co-opted by management that they only served to give up anything management wanted us to for nothing in return.

We were told we were welcome to seek employment elsewhere; they "owned" our positions.
