After a few days of not too bad gastrointestinal issues, I’m a bit shocked that this afternoon is bad again. This has been going on for about 18 months now. Getting weary of it tbh. Although I know many others have much worse. *big sigh* #LongCovid 

 @977b8ddc Sorry to hear that. After I had my ulcer treated (a very long time ago), I had to go gluten-free for several years and had IBS. Tried everything to get rid of it, but eventually it just sort of went away.
