 Fire extinguishers are for anyone to stop a natural thing (fire) to spread and kill humans, animals and plants (and objects).

Firearms are for an asshole to kill another asshole to pretent it prevented the second asshole to potentially kill other assholes and normal persons.

Yeah pretty much the same... 

 The difference is firefighters don't usually start fire, so you don't  need to protect from them, while police attacks you quite often. 

 I would even say that the cop is fire, rather than a firefighter. But I guess you wanted to make a normie-friendly meme.
