wrong, not almost the same:

4G: download speeds between 20-100 Mbps

5G: download speeds: several hundred Mbps to 2 Gbps

so 5G is many times faster than 4G

Which again, as usual, you pick one aspect and generalize and miss the whole point of what somebody said:

4G and 5G share most encoding and pulse protocols, it does not matter, even 3G has some similar patterns.
