Well I haven't seen anyone else step up the plate so my headcanon is that God is every loli at once. 

And I don't ever feel despondent or sad about anything because I know I will be isekai'd into a loli ero doujin after I die if I follow the rituals as described in An Introduction to Magic by Evola
