Why the hell do people hate seed oil so much, you never ate a peanut before lol?
Most dont occur in any measurable amount in nature so its consuming a very unatural concentration of it. And most are extacted using benzene or something similarly toxic. I would argue peanut oil if cold extracted isnt the worst as the fat does exist naturally in a measurable amount in the peanut
peanut oil is sooo good for fries and bacalaitos
Yea I def agree. Especially for fries. Its one of the few non-animal fats I dont mind consuming. Doesnt require as much processing to extract and its naturally stable even at high temps.
Also to keep most from going rancid they are hydrogenated which adds trans fats which are unsafe in any amount.
You understand the nutritional difference between a cup of corn and a cup of high fructose corn syrup, yes?
When most people refer to seed oils they are talking about soybean, canola, corn, usually a grain based. The kind that need chemical extraction instead of pressure.
Because that shit was affecting me more negative than smoking. I had inflamation in my elbow for over a year (tennis elbow) i started trying carnivore and a week later the pain and inflamation was gone. Sometimes it hurts again, but after some sleep it's gone again
