 Good morning ☀️ had my Wim Hof practice too 💪 Do you know if there is a headache after breathing, does it mean the breathing itself is wrong?

There's a known case for some people that cold plunges can create headaches. This is due to a sudden tightening of the vessels supplying blood to the brain.

However, related to the breathing exercise headaches are not a common thing of concern. With the breathing exercise you increase and enrich your bloodlow and the circulation reaches areas of your body which under usual circumstances aren't properly nourished with oxygen, also in the brain. This also cleans up and initially releases more toxins in the body. These could result into headaches.

Especially if you have only recently started your exercises or intensified them, I'd recommend to drink more water to flush out the toxins more easily.

I'll ask around and if I hear of something else related to headaches and breathing, I'll let you know 🤙

As for the experience, I have firstly tried Wim Hof breathing 6 years ago and have been practicing it irregularly, mixing with other routines. 
 Great!

Similar here, I'm practicing Wim Hof since 5 years as well, also mixed with other routines (especially Vipassana meditation). But then I found that I practice it most consistently of all, because of its striking benefits.
