They are all SO BROKEN. It's basically because of the humongous amount of trackers and spyware they are trying to inject you with every time you visit their filthy websites. That's why you end up using their apps (which inject you without you noticing).  

 The lack of service broadly speaking is simply the consequence of monopoly. Nothing new or surprising, and unlikely to change anytime soon because their business model is broken and 100% incestuously intertwined with the State everywhere.
