I really don’t look forward to the day my kids use phones :( 

There’s so much to teach them but you know they won’t listen. 

Even now the YouTube stuff is terrible. My kid was watching some transformers animation channel - I think from Korea and at one point one of the characters just says “you like that, bitch?” 

I was like WTF 😳 this is a kids show? 

YouTube is disturbing in so many ways. Currently I have no way of uninstalling it. Very much look forward to my next dumb display without YouTube 

 They should at least include parental control of apps if they're going to force shit like that. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to choose which apps can be used. Most of the TV OSs are absolutely powerful enough for this functionality. They just don't give a fuck what you want or need. That's why I'm not buying that shit anymore. Glad to hear you won't either. 

 There is a way to set it up but it involves creating another Google account :(
