Earlier I saw an #AskNostr with a person asking if they should report illegal content on #Nostr.

How does the reporting system on Nostr work? Is there a way that relays communicate with each other to flag 'illegal' content?

What counts as 'illegal' content - since Nostr knows no jurisdiction. I am trying to understand how 'censorship' works here.

It's curious because Nostr could become known as the armpit or 4chan of the internet. I'm wondering how a balance will be created - if at all.
From i believe is if you jqve the security filters on and your followers report an account you wont see the account that was reported. It take i think 5 followers to report that account and it automatically be off your feed.if you have the security filters on
Ppl that want to see less crazy stuff im sure that the client rabble is making sounds like a better fit for a lot. I believe its called nos.social or something a long those lines. Its have a bunch of security filer options
