Did you see that video of the secret service sniper aiming at this guy..and waiting until this guy shoots multiple shots at Trump.  Then the secret service finally take this guy out.

 I did. I've also seen Trump supporting witnesses say they alerted police to the presence of a person with a rifle on the roof for minutes with no response before the shots were fired.

 On a hot roof, it will dry very quickly. That's plausible, given the heat today. The roof temps could easily have been 150+*F.
