7 steps to adopting a Proper Human Diet 1. stop all added sugar & most natural sugars 2. stop all grains & beans 3. stop all veg. seed oils 4. fill at least half of plate with meat, seafood, eggs 5. eat until full 6. stop snacking between meals 7. avoid buying food with more than 5 ingredients.
