Some thoughts / feedback: 

I think I like it in general:) just before I get into the feedback bit... I wonder what the intentions behind it are, what is the scope? @zach 
Is it trying to be a rumble/odysee/bitchute type video platform, or is it specifically aimed at pre-existing nostr users? - I kind of get the impression it's the latter, just with the somewhat opaqueness of making an account there, and uploading. Not sure if that is intentional / part of it being new and WiP?

First impression of front page is perhaps it shouldn't have a giant b!tcoin ad, makes it look too much like b!tcoinmagazine. The sponsored ad could eg be highlighted with a coloured border and always be first in the grid or something? Again this goes back to what it is trying to be / scope of the project.

Full screen videos do not have the title and timeline bar disappear.

 Trying it out now and from first impressions, yeah I think I agree with you pretty much 100% I do welcome however any video platforms like zap.stream or something like this in the nostrverse!
