I feel like my show is not going to make it long term. I feel like it'll never get significant traction or income. And I know why. It's because my content is too advanced/extreme for normies and my vibe/energy/age isn't the most magnetic.

Also for the past two weeks I've published videos on Monday, Wednesday and Friday instead of everyday. I know I should continue publishing daily but it's a ton of work.

As part of my show, in order to provide more value to viewers, I've been trying to start and grow a community but it isn't growing at all.

I guess I'm just venting.

I'm definitely not complaining.

The 8-10 regular viewers who comment everyday are the only thing keeping me going. Much love to you all 🧡
Couple weeks ago I saw your post about not knowing what to do.
I’ve listened every day since. I just put it in my queue on while in my shop. I listen to a lot of btc podcasts and honestly the market it saturated. To start a pod on that topic right now is going to need something really remarkable or it gets lost in the noise.
You either need to stick it out and experiment or change topics.

Thanks man, I appreciate your ideas 🙏🏻 I have plenty more ideas.....let's see
Hey Chris, I listen/watch one or two times a week(rarely comment). Marketing something like this is hard, I've also thought about starting a podcast, and it's a lot of work and not always the reward. Some things to think about are what is your revenue model? What is your target audience? I know you like to talk about the decline of fiat and the rise of Bitcoin, but why? Have you thought about other forms of content? Not really sure if any of that's helpful. 🙏 It works out for you one way or another. I personally like interviews, and I know they can be a bit more difficult to find quality guests, etc. but might spice things up.
Thanks man, I will revisit those ideas. I appreciate your input, bro! 🙏🏻
Yeah man I mean you have double the subscribers on YouTube vs Nolan (Countbtc)

I am no guru but I think what you want is to visualize your *intentions* clearly:

How much income do you expect?

What will the source of that income be? (YouTube ads vs sponsorships vs V4V)

Is a hobby or job?

Do you enjoy/learn from it in your free-time or is it taking time away that could be better spent earning/stacking in a more profitable way?
(Uber/doordash as a baseline, should be $20 per hour)

If it is supposed to be a job: let’s say funded by YouTube ads and locals memberships to help new coiners and precoiners- I would say that is honorable “saint” work and most likely will not be very profitable.

If it is more of a hobby/study: maybe seek out more challenging subjects/topics for yourself- practical anarchy, Christian alchemy, true-medicine, etc.

I personally would like to see more exploration of the esoteric topics we encounter as bitcoiners.

Make sure you check out Countbtc and see which archetype you find yourself in!

Best of luck 🫂
Thanks man 🙏🏻 I will consider these things. Very helpful ideas. Much appreciated 👍
Hey, I have to be honest, I didn’t even know your show existed. I will listen. Before even doing that, I will say, I generally don’t like podcasts that are less than 45 minutes long. I guess videos on YouTube can be short to keep people’s attention, but podcasts (to me at least) are for car rides and commutes. Have you considered doing longer episodes?
Yes, but I decided on doing a 15-20 minute news update video everyday, or almost everyday. Thanks for your feedback, definitely a helpful viewpoint. 🙏🏻
