Cold Card, stainless steel backups and Sparrow Wallet. Run yoir own Start9 node for your own lightning channel, but that's a tall ask for an absolute beginer. I would start small. Use minibits and Aqua Wallet at first and learn the trade-offs. It takes time to learn about fees ane UTX0's.
For cold storage on chain, the Tapsigner with Nunchuk wallet is great for beginners. You can create a wallet only uses the Tapsigner or your phone (single sig), or one that requires both your phone and the tapsigner to sign your transactions (2-of-2 multisig). Lightning is a bit under the weather right now, so it's hard to make recommendations.
