I heard three excuses on the NBC Nightly News for this. 

Mayorkas saying there is an immediate need for the wall. Plus the administration (not Joe?) waiving 26 laws to do the construction in Starr County TX.

Pinocchio Joe saying he is only doing so because the money was authorized by Congress - I can't stop that.

DHS Secretary - no new policy.

Plus adding Venezuela deportation flights.

They are full of shit, this is about the election and Uncle repositioning himself. They are experiencing blow back because they are pushing to hard.
