@d0713b73 Good. I'm not sure from this pic whether the earlier claim is actually close enough to anticipate but to make that argument, Mossy will effectively have to admit that a number (most? all?) of the accused products aren't close enough to infringe 

 @e7f76f0d There were quite a few listed in the Complaint, including a how-to video showing how to make them at home. I do think it's good either way just to start putting some pressure on these over-zealous enforcement efforts!
