In 2019 someone contact me for a job in web3, they required 5 years of experience in the field... when I explained that it's impossible, they said: yes it is , we found some other candidates with ten years professional experience. 

 🤣 similar to the "decentralised ledger consultants" who magically appeared out of nowhere in 2018.
