wouldn’t it be cool if relays kept using the same simple websockets standard, but also offered an API (which they can do whatever they feel like with) where you can have more granular queries if needed.

 Also felt like having a simple http api, e.g. to post an event to, would be pretty useful. Should probably be a spec so there aren't 10 different implementations.

- give me notes that are xxx with no tags (root notes)
