We gotta start making copies of repos for software we use. I have a copy of bitcoin core but sadly not of nostr:nprofile1qqst2yn6pr8nxctzwjqq5su83qdflx8qfwwrwytwjt09y5zfsc6uggspypmhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0v3jhyatwdejhyuewdejhgam0wf4j7qgmwaehxw309ahx7um5wgh8xct5dphkzunyv4ezucm0d5hszymhwden5te0danxvcmgv95kutnsw43z7f2mgdy BTClock, which is now gone.

I run gitlab locally and once you have it going it will constantly pull down changes.

It's not enough just to be open source and on a website, we should be activate stewards of projects.

I genuinely feel bad that I didn't bother to clone it. 😔
 And of course, emacs 😀
 Me too

Always clone your fav projects repos locally and share them
Wonder if there's something in gharchive.org
 Interesting, never used this before.

Here's the BTClock repo clean link to check!

I mirror a few projects to my gitea instance, but im gonna have to up my mirroring it seems. Im a bit miffed at myself that I did not clone this one.
Ah shoot I said gitlab but meant gitea.
Also, I should make the mirrored projects public. I realized that pretty much all of them are set to private. 😂
I think private copies are OK. Just the act of copying is doing something.

It's like running a relay and copying notes of people you like vs just running a client.

Or it could just be the hoarder in me 🤷‍♂️
