People need allow FRESH human npub (not scripted bot) to build WoT on any type open but RATE LIMITED relays so they still post when getting started - fully closing all relays will DEFEAT of NOSTR OPENNESS but blocking spam is also important. This is not about paid or unpaid matter. ReplyGuy has done great job doesnot matter if he one of us or on some agency payroll or prank hacker pen-tester or rival X sabotage fellow. 

Any fresh  npub having issues in posting to still many open relays many approach me here anytime .
Some Relays SHOULD BE OPEN any one FRESH starting just welcome nostr wine relay.
once build WOT slowly they auto become a trusted npub member of nostr gang.
