 In 2021, Alabama enacted an illegal map.

In 2022, Alabama conducted elections under an illegal map.

In 2023, Alabama lost in court and rather than comply, it defied the court's order.

So yes, it's great the case was won, but don't overlook what the GOP did along the way.
