Yes, there is no issue with that. Hub uses the existing channels on your node for its liquidity.
What about recovering your channels in the case of migration to a new server? Will the recovery phrase suffice or will I need Alby credentials now to recover after setting up their Hub?
Your channels are on your own node. You would just disconnect the Alby Hub instance and reconnect it. The local version of Hub is basically just a management tool, not a separate node.
