 emacs with 'rust-mode 

 Rust rover 

 RustRover.  

I've tried to be one of the cool kids using neovim but after too many years using Jetbrains IDEs I'm hooked. 

 emacs with tree-sitter via treesit-auto 

 I'm back and forth between RustRover and Neovim 

 vscode  

 I don't use Rust because it is stupid.
