this is more obvious in temperate and cold climates where literally heat is required to survive winter, but it also applies in the warm subtropical and tropical zones, because heat is also counter productive to a lot of aspects of economic production, notably, the problems of temperature and increasing water dependency, and the fact that humans just want to lie down under an electric fan when it's hot, and that is a net loss of production

removing people won't change anything, the CO2 levels being lowered won't make the temperature warmer
