The DC Federal court has an Appellate Court just for the District of Columbia! So all these cases could take 4~6 years just for the appellate court to deny hearing them, and only then can they request cert from the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile the media paints these regular people as _terrorists_ ... when they're essentially discount Mandelas.

What they want to do is both use it as a humiliation ritual and a reminder of what happens if you try to even protest. It's just the rest of the government and infrastructure is rotting and nobody under the age of 50 wants to try to risk everything for a dead country, or they all remembered cville. This mindset applies to the wage cage as well and so nobody except effort boomers are holding things afloat
