 Yo what

I was pretty damn certain that postage stamps were still 50 cents…

Apparently they went up to $0.63 last year and $0.73 this year 🤯

Inflation touches everything, I guess.

Forever stamps have been a great investment!
 This ☝️.
I'm a forever stamp hodlr, have some from early 2000s 😂.
 That’s awesome 🤣
I paid 37c a stamp for my first forever stamp booklets!!!
 Hahaha wow yes exactly 😆
 LOL 😆
Same in Switzerland. The smallest, lightest letter use to be sent for 80 cts in 2 days or 1franc on next day. Last year it increase to 85 and 1.10 respectively, and again this year it increase to 1 and 1.2 franc respectively. Now you get your mail delivered slower for the same price or pay 20% more for same service.

I could send a postcard from China to Switzerland for half of the price of the same from Switzerland to Switzerland.

But there is wrong. In Denmark any postcard sent abroad, even to Germany which is across the border, it will cost you 7€! For a postcard! Then they cry that people use emails and instant message for sending holiday memories.
UK now doing prices rises twice a year! 85p cheapest option, was 3p in 1971
