 ❌ Day 69: didn’t feel good anytime I moved. Slept extra hours and hopefully will feel better tomorrow.

 ✅ Day 87: the 100 pushups was done but I ‘pushed through’ the last 50 and my body says maybe abs and legs the next few days.  Sharp pain in my shoulder is telling me to slow down and think long term. Stay strong for #100aDayTil100k

 ✅ Day 90: got 💯 squats in and tried for better form. Few weeks ago when I did them the knees started popping - getting old sucks but it beats the alternative. #100aDayTil100k 
 ❌ Day 91: didn’t sleep well and twisted my spine in the morning. The sharp pain scared me so I took a day off. I’ll make up these pushups soon. #100aDayTil100k
