 I get not wanting to pay 20% more (the usual ATM markup I see), but honestly it may be worth it if they are KYC free sats and/or you have no other choice anyway. It's far better than just getting none, because a 20% markup on today's price will be chump change at some point.

 100% agree. But some ATMs are indeed KYC to some extent, asking for national ID and sometimes taking a selfie in the machine. I'd be happy with a markup, but ideally on bisq, robosats, or peach. 

I currently use those 3 myself, but in Colombia for my fam not possible yet. we are checking @Azteco , it has some annoying commissions but it might be the best option.
