 Again ... politicians trying to control, what they can't control. De-anonymization through the backdoor of age verification. As if they care about our children. It's been their wet dream since years.

Good luck binding that age verification system to the Nostr protocol at the client level. No issues with fiat social media though. They will willingly cooperate.

But yeah, most will. Unfortunately our "Conservative" Opposition was into National ID and online ID long before our present airhead-of-government got in, so this legislation isn't going away...

 I was with an Aussie the other day and he was talking about this, he didn’t seem to mind. I did ask how, then briefly mentioned that it could be good as it would force people into using the actual internet again.
